Safari Iteniraries
Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
Day 2: Amboseli – Masai Mara
Day 3: Full Day in the Masai Mara
After breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive to explore the vast Maasai Mara. This is your chance to spot the Big Five lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard and rhino along with cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and antelopes. Around midday, enjoy a picnic lunch near the Mara River, where you can enjoy the breathtaking views and sounds of the wilderness. Continue your afternoon game drive through different parts of the reserve before returning to your lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay. Optional: Enjoy a sunrise hot air balloon safari followed by a champagne bush breakfast (at extra cost).
Day 4: Masai Mara – Fly to Nanyuki
After breakfast, check out and optionally visit a Maasai village to learn more about their culture and traditions. Transfer to the airstrip for your flight to Nanyuki, located in the foothills of Mount Kenya. Enjoy the stunning aerial views of Mount Kenya and rolling farmlands below. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your lodge or tented camp. After check-in and lunch, head out for an afternoon game drive in Ol Pejeta Conservancy, home to the Big Five and a wide range of other wildlife. Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge or camp.
Day 5: Full Day at Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Day 6: Nanyuki – Fly Back to Nairobi
After breakfast, check out and transfer to the Nanyuki airstrip for your return flight to Nairobi. Upon arrival at Wilson Airport, you’ll be met by our driver for a transfer to your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight home. This marks the end of your 6-day flying Kenya safari.
